Charter/Spectrum Customer Survey

Charter and the Town of Brimfield are nearing the end of the cable company's current 10 year license in 2021. Part of the process for their continuing service is for the town to gather customer feedback on Charter operations in the community. The license covers the areas of public access channels, new customer installations, use of town roadside poles to carry cables and other issues.

Unfortunately, we can not force changes in pricing on most tiers, or channel selection. But we can let them have our opinions on those issues.
